At the end of 2014, the workplace in Xiamen has both joy and worry. Recently, according to the 2014 Xiamen White Collar Work Satisfaction Survey released by Zhaopin, although the overall satisfaction of white-collar workers in Xiamen is higher than the national average, the “sexual happiness” index is too low.
This year-end white-collar satisfaction survey mainly involves five aspects: salary, benefits, training and learning, job promotion and interpersonal relationships. The life satisfaction includes physical health, sex life, reading, vacation, accompanying family members and mental health.
The survey shows that the life satisfaction index of Xiamen white-collar workers in 2014 was 2.21, slightly lower than the national average of 2.22 and ranked 18th among 32 major cities in China. The level of satisfaction with life is poor.
Among them, the most unsatisfactory was sexual life with a satisfaction rate of only 0.50, far lower than other items. Followed by accompanying family members and mental health; then reading and vacation; physical health had the highest score. Data also shows that 60% of Xiamen’s white collar had less than one sexual activity per month; 48.1% are single; only about 1/5 have sex at least once a week.
