If the product that needs to be returned or exchanged has an initial defect: within three days after receiving the product, please contact us: [email protected], we will replace it with a new product identical to the original defective product, or we will refund you. Due to the special product, we do not accept any form of returns except for the above circumstances
The exchange acceptance period is 3 days from the date of delivery of the product
(This exchange only covers “unused products”, so please check them when you deliver the products.)
Important notes:
(1) In principle, due to customer convenience, we cannot accept the cancellation after production orders.
(2) However, if it is necessary to cancel due to operating errors, etc., it can be done immediately after placing the order.
(3) Accept the cancellation of the product before shipment.
*We will start order processing within 12 hours after receiving the order, so please make sure your order is correct before clicking the “Submit” button. If we have started processing your order, but you still wish to cancel the order, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. If your sex doll is in production, but you still want to cancel the order, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. If we have completed your doll but have not yet begun shipping. If you insist on canceling the order, a 50% fee will be charged. If we have shipped your sex doll, the order cannot be canceled. We cannot recall the package.
(4) Cancel the product after delivery.
If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
